Su ubicacion respecto al Centro de Convenciones George r Brown, no est'a lejos ni está tan cerca. Its location regarding the George r Brown Convention Center, not far and not too close. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar, el gimnasio es pequeño pero suficiente. The personnel is nice and helpful. The gym is small but it's enough.

The room clean-up was kinda sloppy, the bathroom was not thoroughly clean everyday. Just a quick wipe and that was it. I found a roach one day... La habitacion no fue limpiada a profundidad todos los dias, solo una pasada por alli y ya sobre todo el baño. Un dia encontre una cucaracha en el baño.

My room was super clean and didn't cost me much. It had cozy beds, a nice bathtub, and cool glass walls 🛁.

The staff were the absolute best around! They were 100% polite, friendly, helpful and just downright wonderful! They went out of their way to make my eleven year old son's stay just fabulous. He wanted to be high up in the building and they got him on the top floor. Excellent, high class, wonderful all the way around. Could not have been any better. Oh, and the cookies were the best!

The room was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was marvelous with a good food selection. The location was convenient, and they had private parking on the property.

This was my quite comfortable stay during a marriage retreat this past weekend. It was clean, breakfast was marvellous and excellent. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, for example, an 11.78-acre public urban park was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

We love staying at this hotel in Houston every time we visit. The hotel is stunning and the staff, including the assistant manager, are very friendly. They offer a variety of services such as a fantastic bar, free wi-fi, and a shuttle to downtown attractions.

The service at this hotel was awesome. From Valet to check in, even the courtsey shuttle staff was really great! This is a very customer service driven hotel and they ensured our stay was a comfortable one. We felt pampered at this hotel, something we were not expecting which made our stay in dowtown Houston that much better. Thank you Double Tree staff, you rock!

The only complaint about this hotel is that they had construction going on in the hotel bar and lounge so it was not available for us to enjoy at the time of our stay.

I did not receive my receipt via e-mail for my one-night stay as I was told would happen, even though I've tried to contact Doubletree several times. Why can't I get any response to this query? I won't recommend Doubletree to others, nor will I stay there again, if I can't get a receipt

The rooms were neat and nicely decorated with a great view and glass exterior walls and a bathtub, recommendable for a stay.
